The Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act of 2014 established that all states could create unique opportunities for people with disabilities to save and grow money for qualified disability expenses.
In NH, the State Treasurer and the Executive Director of the Governor’s Commission on Disability co-administer The NH ABLE Plan.
